Healthy life expectancy has expanded to 80 years and potentially 100 years, so a healthy older age is a growing reality.
​
This has created, in effect, a new life stage - an additional 30 years of healthy existence which is not being widely recognised or catered for.
​
In 2018, for the first time, the number of people aged over 64 was greater than children aged 5 and under. By 2030, there will be more people aged over 64 than 16 and under.

Age Remade is led by Tara Macleod, an expert in marketing strategy, consumer insight and behaviour change.
​
Tara has extensive experience, having been a Strategy Director at leading advertising agencies including AMV.BBDO, and WPP and held senior marketing roles at Prudential, Aviva and Public Health England.
​
This experience has been enriched by an MA in Social Gerontology from King’s College London, which brings the latest knowledge and insights about Ageing to business strategy and marketing communications development.
